Website & demo privacy notice

Akitsora Gaming maintains this site for business product information and virtual-credit demos, with no consumer wagering accounts or advertising tracking. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views, referrers and loading performance. Cloudflare's service documentation states that this analytics script uses no cookies or browser storage.

Contact-form submissions send the company, contact name, email, markets, subject and message you provide through a Cloudflare function to sales@akitsora.com. The function has no database; the message is retained in our mailbox. The email also contains the source-page language, submission IP address and country to help identify spam.

The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots using browser and connection signals. On submission, the verification result and IP address are sent to Cloudflare for validation; see the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Hosting, delivery and security services also process request and connection data under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Resend delivers form emails and receives the message and addressing information needed to send them; see Resend's privacy policy. If delivery fails, the form attempts to open your mail client with the message pre-filled. You decide whether to send it.

We retain correspondence to respond to enquiries and manage subsequent business relationships. Send access, correction or deletion enquiries to sales@akitsora.com, identifying your email address and the relevant enquiry so we can establish which records and actions are involved. Do not submit passwords, API secrets, identity documents or player records in the form.

Demos require no registration, name or email address. The server creates a random demo identifier, virtual credits and an expiring access token, and retains that identity's game records. Token expiry does not immediately delete those records. Demo and production rounds follow the same retention policy: older eligible records may be archived after settlement, integrity and balance-carry checks, rather than being deleted when access expires. IP addresses or network prefixes are used for in-memory rate limits; Cloudflare also processes connection data for delivery and security. Demo play should therefore not be understood as leaving no records.
